Flow Ventures invests in and accelerates startups. Our unique model combines financing, strategy and hands-on operational services designed to grow new ventures quickly and efficiently. At Flow, you’ll work with experienced technology entrepreneurs who have built, financed and managed high-growth companies. Flow can accelerate your startup by operating key areas of your startup including finance, software development, HR, business development and administration. This allows entrepreneurs to focus on their products and their customers rather than building infrastructure and capacity.

Flow has worked with startups in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa. We’re contributors to the tech entrepreneurship community either as organizers, sponsors or participants in various events.

Raymond Luk, Founder & Managing Director

Raymond (Twitter: rayluk) is the founder of Flow Ventures. He is also the founder of ArtAnywhere (www.artanywhere.com). He is an experienced entrepreneur having built and managed several startups over the last decade.  He’s played the role of CEO, investor, strategic consultant, turnaround specialist and been on the management team of both public and private software companies. Raymond is a frequent participant and guest speaker at entrepreneurial events. He is a Board member at Symtext and ArtAnywhere, and a member of the Advisory Cabinet at Project Olympus, at Carnegie Mellon University.

Phil Amyotte, Director of Technology

Phil provides technology leadership for Flow’s clients and investments, often acting as interim-CTO. He has worked at Bell Northern Research, Lockheed Martin, Ubisoft as well as holding senior technical positions at startups in Boulder, CO and Montreal. He is an expert in software architecture and team development in early-stage ventures.

Robin Ahn, Operations Manager & Community Manager

Robin (Twitter: RobinBirdSounds) wears many operational hats including managing HR and admin for Flow and our clients. She’s also an active community organizer and is the co-organizer of Startup Drinks Montreal.
